The much awaited Cohiba Talismán has landed in the EGM Humidor. Perhaps one of the most acclaimed and controversial cigars of recent times, it was launched globally on the 8th of November, 2017. Its global launch party took place in the beautiful surroundings of the Corinthia Hotel, in London, and it was coordinated by UK's official Habanos importer: Hunters & Frankau.
The tobacco leaves used for all Limited Edition cuban cigars have been aged for at least two years, however the Seco and Ligero leaves used for the rolling of the Talismán have undergone an additional fermentation. This additional fermentation may last up to eighteen months, and its result is an extra smoothness and roundness of flavours when smoked.
Fitting in a thick sized cepo, this cigar comes in at 54 ring gauge and 154mm in length, been so far favoured in size over its predecessors. We certainly love it. A box of cuban cigars not to be missed.
Why don't you have a look at our Cuban Cigars Glossary and find out what a cepo and other cigar-related terms mean?
